Life really can throw you some curve balls! the last 10 days have thrown all sorts of obstacles at my Internet Business, firstly I have been using a loan lap top from PC world while they tried to sort mine out, which meant I did not have all of the programs and information that I needed, because it was on my own lap tops hard drive ( why did you not buy that external hard drive nick) that was the first learning curve!

Then I go and tear a part of my anatomy which is very tender, which has caused me extreme discomfort when I am sitting for more than 2 minutes
